Chapter 95 - Chapter 90 Part 1

"Brother Cheng, clap." In the video, Gu Fei stood in front of the wooden "microphone" stick and said a sentence.

Jiang Cheng finally snapped back to reality. With one hand holding up his phone and the other clapping his leg, he clapped a few times and then put his hand to his mouth and whistled loudly.

Gu Fei jumped off the stage with his guitar on his back and walked over. Jiang Cheng was about to turn off the video when Gu Fei said, "Don't rush."

"Hmm?" Jiang Cheng was puzzled.

Gu Fei didn't stop until he walked right in front of him. He took the guitar and said, "There's still a part left."

Jiang Cheng didn't say anything. The video on his phone happened to capture Gu Fei's hands. His fingers plucked the guitar strings, followed by a finger roll.

Very slowly, every note could be heard clearly.

Then the speed gradually increased, and the notes jumped out one by one from his fingertips, gradually connecting into one piece.

As the speed of the finger roll got faster and faster, the beautiful trailing tones brought out by Gu Fei's left hand sliding across the strings perfectly blended with the music.

Jiang Cheng's not completely settled mood was stirred up again. In a trance, he saw the afterimages brought out by Gu Fei's fingers in the video, in addition to the pleasing guitar music, there was also Gu Fei's beautiful hands that made his eyes sore.

When the music finally stopped, Jiang Cheng was still maintaining his previous posture. It wasn't until Gu Fei reached over his phone and gently wiped his face that he suddenly realized he was crying unknowingly.

No, this couldn't be called crying.

This was just tears.

Because of surprise, because of being moved, because of disbelief, because of this dilapidated but sunny stage, because of this lifelong memory...

Mainly because Gu Fei was too handsome.

So handsome that he cried.

That's Gu Fei.

"Damn," Jiang Cheng turned off the video and wiped away the tears on his face, "Showing off skills at the end."

"Skills are usually shown at the beginning, and the audience below will scream," Gu Fei smiled, "I forgot just now, too nervous."

"You were nervous?" Jiang Cheng pulled up his T-shirt and wiped his eyes, making sure there were no tear stains on his face before standing up, "You can get nervous too."

"Depends on who's here," Gu Fei said. "My boyfriend is sitting here."

Jiang Cheng sniffed and hugged him to kiss him.

There was a guitar between the two of them, half the sky overhead, rubble under their feet, and half of the audience seats buried behind them.

A kiss under these circumstances had no romance at all. The posture was uncomfortable and the environment was a bit strange.

But Jiang Cheng still felt that the moment he touched Gu Fei's lips, he sank down, dizzy and disoriented, just like when he listened to Gu Fei sing earlier.

A "bang" came from the side, pulling Jiang Cheng out of his euphoria. He was startled at first, then shocked, and almost bit Gu Fei's mouth.

The sound came from the left, where the broken wall was. No one could climb in from there, and the movement was not something a person could make...

When he turned his head, he saw nothing but the dust rising two meters high from the ground.

"Let's go, let's go..." Gu Fei saw it and immediately pushed him towards the door, a little impatient, "Go out quickly, hurry!"

The dust had already drifted over. Jiang Cheng could already smell the choking dust, and seeing Gu Fei's nervousness, he was startled: "Damn! Is it collapsing?"

"Get out quickly!" Gu Fei shouted.

"F*ck f*ck f*ck..." Jiang Cheng hurried to the door, "What year was this building built... "

When he reached the door, he looked back and found that Gu Fei did not follow him. He instantly broke into a cold sweat, turned around without thinking and rushed back.

"Gu Fei! Gu..." He had just shouted when he ran into Gu Fei.

Gu Fei hugged him and pushed him out.

Back in the sunny fresh air, Jiang Cheng saw a smile on Gu Fei's face.

"F*ck?" He looked at Gu Fei, then suddenly turned his head back towards the building, "F*ck!"

The building didn't collapse at all. Not only did it not collapse, after the gust of dust was blown away, everything returned to calm again, still the quiet half auditorium standing there.

"A piece of the broken wall collapsed." Gu Fei said with a smile.

"You scared me as if the building was going to collapse!" Jiang Cheng stared at him, feeling that he lost face by being scared by a collapsed piece of broken wall.

"Such a big dust cloud, I just wanted to get out quickly," Gu Fei said, "Then I suddenly wanted to tease you."

"....see how worried I'd be if I didn't see you come out." Jiang Cheng tutted.

"No, I just wanted to scare you out," Gu Fei smiled, "I was halfway out when I realized I hadn't taken my guitar case, so I went back to get it, but..."

Gu Fei hugged him, "Seeing you so worried, I was a bit..."

"Don't be touched," Jiang Cheng said, "I just went back in because I saw the building didn't collapse. If it really collapsed I would definitely retreat a hundred meters and call 119."

"Yeah." Gu Fei smiled.

"Laugh," Jiang Cheng said, "Laugh louder."

"Hahaha!" Gu Fei threw his head back and laughed three times, "Loud enough?"

"....That's enough, stop." Jiang Cheng sighed.

Walking back along the road, Jiang Cheng couldn't help but look back at the dilapidated building again.

From this angle, he could no longer see the stage. He could only see the messy stones and weeds outside, and the collapsed roof and broken walls.

If Gu Fei hadn't brought him here, he probably would never have imagined that under this dilapidated exterior, he would leave such a poetic memory.

"I have to go back to the store later. My mom is probably closing the store and running off again around this time." Gu Fei looked at his phone.

"I'll go too," Jiang Cheng said. "I'll eat at the store tonight. Call Gu Miao over too."

"Okay," Gu Fei nodded. "What do you want to eat?"

"Don't know," Jiang Cheng shook his head and rubbed his stomach. To be honest, this afternoon he really experienced emotional ups and downs. Now he felt that he had calmed down, but his mind was blank. Let alone think of what to eat, he couldn't even read a book now. "I don't even know if I'm hungry or not."

"Let's make dumplings." Gu Fei said.

"Okay." Jiang Cheng nodded.
